Usage

Lemon juice pairs well with both whiskey and gin (though not together!) and is often used to balance out sweeter ingredients such as syrups and liqueurs.  The peel can be used to add a visual flourish to a drink but it's greatest strength is it's oil.  Expressing the oil over a drink can add another dimension to bitter and herbals drinks
