Usage

Lime juice pairs well with tequila and rum.  As a garnish wedges of lime are often used to decorate a drink, the peel is rarely used as it can be quite thin and tough making it difficult to remove.  For the more adventurous the spent lime shell can be filled with a high proof spirit or liqueur and ignited to make your drink truely stand out (just be careful to extinguish it before drinking!).
