1.75 oz
Lemon 1 oz Juice
Simple Syrup 0.75 oz
Orange Flower Water 5 drops
Egg 1 White
Orange 1.2 Slice

Glassware: Collins Glass

Method: Pour the Chartreuse in a Collins glass, fill with ice cubes, add soda and put in the frezzer. Shake and carefully strain the remaining ingredients for 2 minutes. Garnish with an orange wheel

Utensils: Jiggers, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer
