Lime 1 oz Juice
Simple Syrup 0.75 oz
Mint 6 Leaves
Cucumber 4 Slice Reserve 1 for garnish
Mint 1 Sprig Reserve 1 for garnish

Glassware: Double Old Fashioned Glass

Method: Muddle the cucumber, mint and simple syrup. Add everything else, shake and strain over into a glass over a large cube. Garnish with a mint sprig poked through a slice of cucumber

Utensils: Jiggers, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer
