Glassware: Julep Cup
Method: Muddle wedges in shaker, add the mint , and muddle lightly. Add rest of the ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into cup filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a dash of Angostura Bitters and a fresh mint sprig
Utensils: Jiggers, muddler, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer
