Bitter - Sweet - Sharp

| Sweet Vermouth | 0.5 oz | ||
| Simple Syrup | 0.75 oz | ||
| Lemon | 4-6 | Wedge | |
| Mint | 2 | Sprig | Reserve 1 for garnish | 
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash | Reserve for garnish | 
Glassware: Julep Cup
Method: Muddle wedges in shaker, add the mint , and muddle lightly. Add rest of the ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into cup filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a dash of Angostura Bitters and a fresh mint sprig
Utensils: Jiggers, muddler, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer
