Grenadine 1 1/2 teaspoons
Mint 1 Sprig Reserve for garnish
Caster Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Cocktail Cherry 4
Ginger Ale

Glassware: Double Old Fashioned Glass

Method: Muddle 4 cherries in a rocks glass. Shake remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain in the ice filled rocks glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a mint sprig

Utensils: Muddler, jiggers, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer
