Glassware: Collins Glass
Method: Dry shake the egg white and lemon juice, add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Pour the ginger beer into a glass and strain the contents of the shaker on top. Garnish with an orange twist
Utensils: Jiggers, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer
