Glassware: Cocktail Glass
Method: Dry shake gin, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup, shake with ice and strain. Pour 1/2 oz flaming Chartreuese over the surface of the drink
Utensils: Jiggers, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer
