Demerara Sugar 1 cube

Glassware: Pony Glass

Method: Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe and discard excess. Muddle brown sugar cube and bitters, add cognac and bourbon, stir with ice. Garnish

Utensils: Jiggers, mixing glass, bar spoon, hawthorn strainer, knife
